James Hong

James Hong currently serves as the Head of Sales Engineering at HockeyStack, focusing on enabling SaaS marketers and revenue leaders to analyze and act on customer journey data through AI. With extensive experience in sales engineering leadership, Hong previously held positions as the Head of GTM Sales Engineering at 11x, and the Director of Global Sales Engineering at People.ai, where significant revenue growth contributions were achieved. Hong's career also includes leading sales engineering teams at Scuba Analytics, Ascendify, InsideView, Eloqua, and Infor, with notable achievements in driving ARR growth and launching new divisions and products.
