Ben Jones has a strong background in customer service and business operations, currently serving as the Business Operations Team Leader at Hodge since September 2017, where responsibilities have included roles as a Customer Care Consultant and Customer Service Coordinator. Prior experience includes positions at V12 Retail Finance Limited from April 2014 to August 2017, where Ben held the titles of Sales Support Administrator and Customer Service Executive. Earlier experience includes working as a PPI Case Handler at Lloyds Banking Group from April 2012 to April 2014.
