Sergio Odriozola

Sergio Odriozola currently serves as Managing Director and Board Member at HOFF since May 2024. Prior to this role, Sergio held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Product Officer at Banana Republic from August 2021 to May 2024, and worked as an Expert Advisor at Bain & Company from June 2019 to July 2021, where the focus was on enhancing client results through strategic partnerships with innovators. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Product Officer at Stradivarius, a subsidiary of Inditex, overseeing a significant sales achievement of EUR 1.7 billion in 2018, and as VP of Product & Merchandising for Private Brands at Zalando SE, the largest online fashion platform in Europe with over 22 million active customers. Sergio holds an MBA from Esade and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de Navarra.
