Aaron HK Lum serves as a Senior Project Engineer at Hoffman Construction Company since April 2022, with prior experience at Absher Construction Company and Mill Creek Residential Trust LLC. Lum has a robust background in project engineering, having held multiple roles where responsibilities included managing construction projects, reviewing technical documentation, and educating peers on processes like RFI posting in Procore. Previous experience also includes contributions at GLY Construction and various roles in early career positions, culminating in over 20 years in the construction industry. Lum holds a bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering Management and a certificate in Real Estate Development, along with a distinguished academic record from Oregon State University and the University of Washington. Certifications include LEED Green Associate and Associate DBIA.
