Joseph Gross is an experienced professional in cost engineering and project analysis, currently serving as a Senior Cost Engineer at Hoffman Construction Company since August 2021. Previously, Joseph worked as a Project Analyst at EMCOR Facilities Services, where responsibilities included managing stakeholders and providing technical guidance for HVAC program delivery. Joseph's background also includes a role as a Mechanical Cost Consultant at Turner & Townsend, where tasks involved interpreting construction documents and performing detailed estimates for mechanical projects. Earlier experience includes serving as a Mechanical Estimator for Hoffman Construction Company, where Joseph evaluated change orders and contributed to budget forecasting for a major semiconductor facility. Joseph holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Stony Brook University, complemented by earlier studies at UC Irvine.
