Arthur J. Kremer

Arthur J. Kremer is a trustee at Hofstra University. Arthur previously served as chairman of the Council of Governing Boards of the Independent College Association from April 2016 to April 2021. Prior to that, they were a member of the New York State Assembly from January 1966 to December 1989. In this role, they authored the automobile "Lemon Law" and many other significant laws.

Arthur J. Kremer is a graduate of Brooklyn Law School and NYU Stern School of Business. Arthur also holds a degree in Political Science and Government from New York University.
