Kavya Agarwal is a Future Trainee Solicitor at Latham & Watkins, having secured a training contract set to commence in 2025. Current roles include participation in a Winter Vacation Scheme with a focus on Corporate (M&A and Private Equity) and involvement in a First Year Spring Scheme centered on Restructuring and Special Situations. Additionally, Kavya serves as a Campus Ambassador for Hogan Lovells and completed internships in the Restructuring and Insolvency department at HSA Advocates, as well as a case-focused internship at ASA Legal. Previous experience includes working as a Sourcing Assistant for ICICI Foundation for Inclusive Growth, where engagement with underprivileged youth led to successful course inductions. Education includes pursuing an SQE LLM in Legal Practice at BPP Law School, holding a Bachelor of Laws from The London School of Economics and Political Science, and completing an International Baccalaureate Diploma at Calcutta International School.
