Pooja Krumenacker

Pooja Krumenacker, JD ACC, currently serves as the Manager of Attorney Talent at Hogan Lovells, a position held since March 2024. Prior to this role, Pooja founded and led Balanced Legal Solutions from April 2010 to March 2024, focusing on coaching sessions tailored for legal professionals to enhance leadership, business development, and career transitions. Additionally, Pooja worked as a Coach and Consultant at IMPACT Group, partnering with Fortune 500 companies to assist employees during career transitions and offering guidance on professional development. Pooja's earlier experience includes serving as a Leadership Coach on contract with Northern Virginia Family Service and a Directorial role at Mestel. Pooja holds a JD from American University Washington College of Law, a BS in Biotechnology/Molecular Biology from James Madison University, and a Certificate in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from American University.
