Steve Abrams

Steve Abrams serves as Global Co-Head of the Life Sciences and Healthcare Industry Group and Partner on the Global Life Sciences and Healthcare Leadership Team at Hogan Lovells, where expertise encompasses various aspects of the life sciences sector, including oncology therapies, medical devices, and gene therapies. Additionally, Steve operates as an independent Director at inTEST Corporation and has held roles as a Board Member for the National Association of Corporate Directors-Philadelphia Chapter and Co-Chair of the Corporate/Securities Practice Group and Life Sciences at Pepper Hamilton LLP. Notably, Steve contributed to launching a home infusion company while serving as Vice President at the VNA of Southern New Jersey and gained early experience as a Hospital Specialist at Merck Sharp & Dohme. Academically, Steve earned a JD with distinction from the University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School and a B.A. summa cum laude in Psychology and Biology from Rutgers College.
