Gerrit van Hengel

Gerrit van Hengel serves as a Compliance Officer at Hogeschool Rotterdam since September 2018, overseeing legal compliance, providing advisory support, conducting compliance investigations, and fostering an integrity-focused culture. Previously, Gerrit held the position of Senior Projectmanager at Albeda College, where responsibilities included project management and implementing lean methodologies. From June 1996 to October 2017, Gerrit worked at Rabobank Rotterdam in various managerial roles, including Manager Business Control, where significant achievements included transformative organizational changes, improved financial control, and the implementation of lean management practices.
