Ilse Den Exter

Ilse den Exter is an experienced professional currently serving as a Trainer at Mom in Balance since April 2023. Since September 2007, Ilse has held the position of Program Manager for the Minor Happy@work at Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, focusing on holistic happiness in the workplace. Additionally, Ilse is responsible for curriculum development within the HRM program and has served as an instructor for various subjects. With a background in coaching, Ilse operates as a Systemic Coach since September 2020 and founded Innerlijk Leiderschap in February 2023. Previous roles include HRD Consultant and Recruiter at ING Investment Management and an HR intern at Rescue Nederland. Ilse holds an MSc in Sociology from Erasmus University Rotterdam and a BBA in Human Resource Management from Rotterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by additional training in systemic work.
