Rivka Azoulay

Rivka Azoulay is an experienced professional in the fields of humanitarian affairs, academia, and dialogue facilitation. Currently serving as an Academy Programme Fellow at The Clingendael Institute and founder of The Olive Forum, Rivka focuses on fostering dialogue within the MENA region. As the Humanitarian Affairs and Partnership Manager for the Gulf Cooperation Council at the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Rivka also holds roles as a Research and Methodology Advisor. Other significant positions include serving as a Strategic Advisor to the Board of Directors at Hogeschool Rotterdam, a University Lecturer at Leiden University, and roles at Cordaid and Sciences Po. Rivka's educational background includes a PhD in Political Science from Sciences Po and ongoing executive leadership studies at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
