Kasper Lange

Kasper Lange is an Associate Professor of Circular Systems Engineering at Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, where there is a commitment to promoting sustainable and equitable economies through reduced material and energy consumption and enhanced product lifecycle management. Expertise includes research and teaching focused on strong and resilient circular production and consumption systems. In addition, Kasper serves as a member of the Examining Board for the MSc MADE at AMS Institute while previously contributing at TU Delft as a researcher on socio-technical interventions for the circular economy. With a strong background in industrial engineering, research, and project management, Kasper has held various engineering roles where innovation and optimization were prioritized. Educational qualifications include a PhD in Complex Systems Engineering for the Circular Economy and an MSc in Industrial Design Engineering from Delft University of Technology. Key areas of specialization involve Industrial Ecology, Industrial Symbiosis, and the Biobased Economy.
