Cecilia Stråle

Cecilia Stråle is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in compliance and dispute resolution. Currently serving as the Chief Compliance Officer at Hoist Finance since August 2020, Cecilia oversees the Group Compliance function, including compliance, AML, and Data Protection, while also being a member of the Group Executive Management Team. Prior to this role, Cecilia held various positions at American Express and Mannheimer Swartling, focusing on compliance, international arbitration, and corporate law. With a solid foundation in litigation management from Ericsson and legal clerkship experience at the District Court of Stockholm, Cecilia possesses a comprehensive legal background and an LLM from Uppsala University.
