Matt Lydon

Matt Lydon is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in marketing, sales, and team leadership within the sports and retail industries. Currently serving as Manager of the Field Experience Team for HOKA, Matt provides mentorship and builds partnerships with key retailers in the Midwest. Previous roles include Executive Recruiter at JMJ Phillip Group and Experiential Marketing Manager at nuun hydration, where oversight spanned numerous partnerships and events. Additional experience encompasses sales representation, customer service supervision for Deckers Brands, and various positions in retail management at Performance Running Outfitters. Matt holds a Bachelor of Science in History from Northern Illinois University and a Post-Baccalaureate Secondary Certification from Aurora University.
