Martin's responsibilities include updating technical documents, presenting training sessions, evaluating product warrantability, and collaborating with various departments to improve customer satisfaction and product offerings. Martin has a strong background in quality management, having served as a Quality Manager and Plant Manager, overseeing quality systems and continuous improvement programs. Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix and has completed ASQ Lead Auditor Training in ISO 9001.
