Guillermo Luis Viano

Guillermo Luis Viano is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience in the construction materials industry. Currently serving as the Director Financiero at Holcim Colombia since September 2022, Viano previously held the role of Chief Financial Officer at LafargeHolcim Brasil from August 2014 to October 2022, where responsibilities included financial planning, treasury, accounting, and internal control. Viano also served as Country Controller at LafargeHolcim Brasil, overseeing financial performance and supporting strategic initiatives during an economic recession. Earlier experience includes key positions at Holcim Argentina, where Viano managed treasury operations and led significant projects such as IFRS implementation and a major capex initiative. Viano's career began as a Senior External Auditor at PwC Argentina. Viano holds an Executive MBA from UADE Business School and has completed leadership and management seminars at IMD.
