Nikola Kovacevic

Nikola Kovacevic has extensive experience in the cement and construction industry, holding key positions in various companies since 1997. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Holcim since August 2019, Nikola also has experience as Senior Project Lead CIF Europe within the same organization. Previous roles include Technical Director at LafargeHolcim, where responsibilities encompassed the operation of multiple cement plants and a Captive Power Plant. Nikola has also held managerial positions focused on production and maintenance for CRH and Holcim Slovakia, emphasizing safety management systems and alternative fuel use. With expertise in production planning, safety assessments, and quality assurance gained from earlier roles at Croatia Airlines, Nikola's education includes a Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Zagreb and executive education from Columbia Business School.
