Michael LeMonds has an extensive background in government and public affairs, with experience working in various leadership roles in the cement and concrete industry. Michael currently holds multiple titles in different organizations, including Chief Sustainability Officer and Vice President at HolcimUS, as well as serving on the Board of Directors for the National Ready Mixed Concrete Association and Blue Sky Maritime Coalition. LeMonds is also involved in the ACE Business Transformation Program at LafargeHolcim. Michael is currently pursuing ongoing education at Harvard Business School and The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
