Patricia Hill, MS-HRM, PHR, currently serves as Manager, Human Resources at HolcimUS since January 2023, and previously held the position of Regional HR Business Partner at Ascension, overseeing strategic HR initiatives for the Illinois, Wisconsin, and Michigan markets since August 2017. Prior to this, Patricia was the Regional Human Resources Manager at ABS Global, providing HR Business Partner support across the US, Canada, and Brazil from June 2014 to October 2016. Earlier experience includes the role of HR Business Manager at Sedgwick, Inc., where support was provided for 500 salaried employees across six locations from March 2012 to May 2014. Patricia earned a Master of Science degree in Human Resource Management from the Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2006 and 2008.
