George Mazzella serves as the Executive Vice President of HGX Global Commercial at Holganix since June 2025. Mazzella is also an advisor to Thalo Labs, which focuses on eliminating onsite emissions in the built environment, and has been an investor in both Peek and Loft Orbital since 2022 and 2021, respectively. Previously, Mazzella held the role of Vice President of Business Development, Ecosystem Services at Bayer from July 2024 to July 2025, leading global efforts in carbon markets. Mazzella also held the position of VP, Head of Sales and Business Development at Nori from November 2023 to July 2024, and served as the VP, Global Head of GTM and Business Development, Carbon Products at Aspiration from June 2022 to August 2023. Prior to these roles, Mazzella was the Chief Operating Officer of Neutrl and the Founder and CEO of The Suite, a job search automation platform. Mazzella holds a Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice with honors from John Jay College (CUNY) and completed the International Baccalaureate Program at Xaverian High School.
