Leah Swindler

Leah Swindler is a seasoned compliance professional with extensive experience in regulatory compliance within the cannabis industry and environmental services. Currently serving as the Regional Compliance Manager at Holistic Industries, Leah oversees compliance across multiple states, conducts risk assessments, and develops internal policies. Prior to this role, Leah contributed to the Missouri Medical Marijuana Program as a Medical Marijuana Compliance Officer, playing a key role in policy development and license evaluations. Leah's experience also includes managing the Industrial Pretreatment Program and conducting wastewater analysis for the City of St. Joseph, along with creating a city-wide stormwater ordinance. Leah's career began at Nestlé Purina North America, where responsibilities included conducting nutrition trials and data analysis. Leah holds a Bachelor of Science in Zoology/Animal Biology from Missouri Western State University.
