Neil Larson

Neil Larson has a strong work experience in the field of software engineering. Neil is currently working as a Senior Front End Engineer at Holistiplan since December 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Engineer at Perch from September 2021 to November 2022, focusing on modern Vue.js code and the composition API.

Before Perch, Neil worked at SDVI Corporation as a Software Engineer from February 2019 to July 2021. Neil has extensive experience at Tenable, where they held multiple roles including Principal Engineer, Software Engineering Manager, Lead Software Engineer, and Senior Software Engineer from August 2014 to February 2019. As a Software Engineering Manager, Neil was responsible for the growth and mentoring of the UI Engineering team, ensuring code quality, and timely delivery of new features and bug fixes.

Neil's earlier experience includes working as a Systems Engineer at Chiron Technology Services, Inc. from November 2008 to September 2014. Neil was the lead front-end developer for an internal data management web application, utilizing AngularJS, jQuery, HTML5, CSS3, and raw JS.

Before Chiron Technology Services, Inc., Neil worked as an IT Specialist at the US Department of Energy from July 2004 to October 2008.

Neil Larson obtained an Associate's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Vermont Technical College, where they attended from 1999 to 2001. Neil then continued their education at Norwich University, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from 2001 to 2004.
