Wills Gardner

Wills Gardner joined Holladay Properties’ corporate office in 2016, while studying for his Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Notre Dame. He has previously served as a Development Analyst and, most recently, Asset Manager, where he worked closely with both the Development and Property Management Departments to use his wealth of experience in problem solving, real estate tax analysis, and financial valuations to advance the mission and success of Holladay Properties. Wills was promoted to his current role as Director of Capital Planning in March 2021, and is responsible for managing Holladay’s debt portfolio, establishing new construction and acquisition financing and managing Holladay’s equity investor communications.
