Dr. Elaine Cook, PhD, currently serves as the Manager of Humanistic Education and Training at Holland Bloorview Kids Rehabilitation Hospital, a position held since July 2018. Prior to this role, Dr. Cook was a Performance Coach at the University of Toronto from September 2015 to June 2018, where responsibilities included facilitating coach development, implementing athlete leadership initiatives, and providing one-on-one performance coaching. In 2017, Dr. Cook contributed as a Lead Instructor at the International Olympic Academy, focusing on workshop development and delivery for participants from over 30 countries. Dr. Cook founded Justplay Sports Services from 2001 to 2009, innovating a program to monitor youth sports conduct while delivering workshops and policy analysis across North America. Educational achievements include a PhD in Applied Behavioural Psychology from the University of Toronto, a Master's in Kinesiology and Health Studies from the University of Regina, and a Bachelor's in Sport Management from Brock University.
