Chris Hogle

Chris Hogle is a seasoned litigation lawyer and partner at Holland & Hart LLP, where since March 2011, expertise has focused on commercial disputes involving real estate and land use, landowner liability, and business owner disputes. Prior to this role, Chris worked at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP, contributing in the same areas from November 2004 to March 2011, and gained experience as a litigation lawyer and shareholder at Berman, Tomsic & Savage from 2002 to 2004. Chris also served as a special deputy district attorney for the Salt Lake County District Attorney in 2002, prosecuting criminal cases. Earlier career highlights include positions as a litigation associate attorney at Berman, Tomsic & Savage and as a judge pro tempore for the Utah Third Judicial District Court. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law and a Bachelor's degree in History from Auburn University, together with experience as a judicial law clerk for Justice Leonard H. Russon at the Utah Supreme Court.
