Chris Thomas

Chris Thomas is an accomplished attorney with extensive experience in immigration law and compliance. Currently serving as a Partner at Holland & Hart LLP since January 2024, Chris manages the firm's Denver immigration practice and advises corporate clients on navigating immigration and employment law, particularly in the context of audits, investigations, and mergers and acquisitions. Previously, Chris held a Shareholder position at Ogletree Deakins, where a significant focus was on compliance practices and corporate representation, alongside a three-year hiatus for missionary work. Chris also contributed to the immigration and compliance practices at Holland & Hart and Greenebaum Doll & McDonald, developing successful compliance programs and representing corporate clients in various immigration-related matters. Chris received a Juris Doctor from Tulane University Law School and a Bachelor's degree from Brigham Young University.
