Jim Versluis has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Jim started their career as an intern at ABN AMRO, where they conducted market research and supported account management staff.
Jim then worked at Hoya Vision Care as an intern in their headquarters in Uithoorn, Netherlands.
Jim then transitioned into the finance field, working as a Treasury Specialist and Treasury Analyst at SABIC Innovative Plastics. Jim later joined SABIC Capital as a Treasury Analyst and European Cash Management Lead.
In 2011, Jim joined Boskalis as a Cash Manager, before moving to Swinkels Family Brewers in 2017. At Swinkels Family Brewers, they held the role of Treasurer and was responsible for financing, commodities, interest, FX, and cash management. Jim successfully executed various projects, including group refinancing, global cash management, and a financing package for their Ethiopian subsidiary.
Currently, Jim is working at Holland Malt as the Head of Finance, a role they took on in 2022.
Jim Versluis has a diverse education background. Jim obtained a Bachelor's degree in Bedrijfseconomie from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht (Hogeschool Utrecht) in 2007. In 2007-2008, they attended Tilburg University, where they pursued International Business, but the specific degree obtained is not specified. From 2014 to 2016, Jim pursued a Master's Degree in Treasury Management from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam (VU Amsterdam). In 2016, they obtained a Certificate in International Cash Management from the Association of Corporate Treasurers.
