Brian Reeves

Brian Reeves, PhD, currently serves as an Assistant Professor at Hollins University since September 2021, previously held the position of Visiting Assistant Professor. Brian's academic journey includes significant research as a Graduate Assistant at Colorado State University from August 2014 to August 2020, focusing on the synthesis, purification, and characterization of fluorinated fullerenes and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons for organic electronics applications. Additionally, Brian has experience as a Visiting Researcher at Heliatek GmbH and has contributed to research at James Madison University, participating in synthesizing and characterizing inorganic-organic hybrid materials for photovoltaic applications. Brian earned a PhD in Materials Chemistry from Colorado State University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Mathematics from James Madison University.
