Sheri Walters

Sheri Walters has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Sr Director of Human Resources for Global Finance & Americas Operations and Sr Director of Total Rewards at Hollister Incorporated since November 2016. Prior to this role, Sheri was the Director of Global Human Resources at Arrow Electronics, where leadership was provided to senior executive teams across eight client divisions and oversight of a team supporting approximately 1,300 employees. Earlier experience includes a position as Sr. Manager of Global Human Resources at Tellabs, where global HR generalist leadership was provided in various sectors, and EEO/Employee Relations Administrator at Northrop Grumman Corporation. Sheri holds a Master's of Science in Counseling and Personnel and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, both from Purdue University.
