Suzanne Erickson

Suzanne Erickson is an experienced human resources professional with a robust career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Hollister Incorporated since August 2005, Suzanne has also held the position of Senior Director for Global Talent Management and Organizational Development. Prior to Hollister, Suzanne gained expertise as a Training Manager at Siemens Building Technologies in 2006, and as a Training & Development Manager at Stepan Company from 1998 to 2003. Early in the career, Suzanne worked as a Regional Learning & Development Manager at PNC Mortgage from 1995 to 1998 and as a Regional HR Manager at Great Western Mortgage from 1990 to 1995. Suzanne holds a degree from Western Illinois University.
