Ajay Khobragade is an experienced professional in software quality engineering, currently serving as a Leader in Software Quality Engineering at Hollstadt Consulting since July 2025. Prior roles include Manager of Software Quality Engineering at Penn Mutual, where Ajay focused on evaluating and implementing QA tools and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the development lifecycle. At RBC Wealth Management, Ajay managed IT quality engineering, influencing business leaders on strategy and overseeing team performance, while also driving transformation in test automation.
