Kate Berezo is a seasoned Program Manager currently with Hollywood CPR and serves as a Consultant for The Mentorship Mindset, focusing on enhancing leadership strategies that promote team well-being and corporate social responsibility. With extensive experience at Thrive Scholars, Berezo significantly boosted community engagement, expanding into five new markets and driving $10M in revenue. Previous roles include Program Manager at Lower Columbia College, where key performance indicators led to increased community participation, and Senior Engagement Manager at Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, where innovative programs in collaboration with major companies were launched. Berezo holds a Master’s in Adult Education from Antioch University Seattle and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from The Evergreen State College.

Hollywood CPR

HOLLYWOOD CPR is a non-profit organization founded by IATSE Local 44 member Kevin Considine with a 25-year history of training students to start working in key, union and employer-recognized, entry-level positions. It offers vocational education across fifteen (15) trades and skills required for careers in the Artists, Crafts, and Technicians departments of the entertainment industry, including set dressing, grip, camera, costume, and set lighting, among others. To ensure best-in-class teaching, Hollywood CPR actively collaborates with and employs union instructors that guide and mentor students in the skills required for success in the competitive entertainment industry.
