Roger Wilson currently serves as VP of Enterprise Transformation at Holman, leading a diverse team to govern and deliver key strategic programs since December 2020. Prior to this role, Roger was VP of Transformation PMO at Campbell Soup Company, where accountability for global business and technology restructuring projects resulted in savings exceeding $650 million. Roger also held positions at Campbell as VP IT, Enterprise Strategy, and at Arnotts Biscuits as VP Transformation & Strategy, contributing significantly to strategic planning and project oversight. A former Director at Ernst & Young Consulting, Roger worked on numerous global assignments across various industries, including Unilever Foodservice Asia and Daimler Chrysler. Initial career experience included positions in Supply Chain Management at Unilever, culminating in the re-engineering of S&OP processes for the UK personal care business. Roger holds an MEng in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College London.
