Kelly started their career at Genesis Health System in 2006, where they worked as a Registrar, Pre-registrar, and Insurance Verification Representative for almost 10 years before transitioning to the role of Outpatient Coder. In 2017, they became a Human Resources Assistant at Genesis Health System before eventually joining Holmes Murphy & Associates in 2018 as a Benefit Specialist. In 2020, they were promoted to the role of Account Manager at the same company.
