Michael Hlatky has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Michael began their career in 2006 at Audi AG, where they worked on car audio technologies. In 2007, they joined Bang & Olufsen and focused on surround sound systems. In 2009, they co-founded Accessive Tools, a small business involved in software development and audio signal processing. At Native Instruments, from 2012 to 2016, they held several roles including Product/Technology Owner, Team Lead New Products & Technologies, and Product Designer. Michael'swork at Native Instruments involved developing new technology platforms and conducting user interviews. From 2016 to 2018, Michael Hlatky worked as a Program Manager at Bragi, where they managed multiple R&D projects for truly wireless headsets. Currently, they are the Head of Engineering at HOLOPLOT.

Michael Hlatky graduated from the University of Applied Sciences Offenburg in 2007 with a degree in Media and Information Technology. Michael then pursued a Master of Science degree in Computer Science and Digital Media at the University of Applied Sciences Bremen from 2007 to 2009.
