Lana Kipnis

Lana Kipnis is an experienced Agile Coach currently working at holoride since January 2023, with a focus on enhancing the rider experience. Previously, Lana served as a Senior Agile Coach at Personio from 2020 to 2022, where responsibilities included fostering team self-organization and promoting workplace satisfaction. Lana played a key role in the largest Agile transformation in history during tenure at Sberbank from 2016 to 2020. Prior experience includes positions such as Technical Project Manager/Scrum Master at Macy's and Project Manager/Scrum Master at StubHub, along with roles at Apple, PayPal, Intuit, and Overture, where expertise in Agile methodologies and project management was cultivated. Lana holds a BS in Computer Science from San Jose State University, a Transactional Analysis Certification from EATA, and a Scrum Master certification.
