Joseph W. Lee is a Tax Principal at Holthouse Carlin & Van Trigt LLP, with over 20 years of experience in tax consulting and compliance services across various sectors, including private equity, entertainment, manufacturing, retail, and distribution. Currently serving as a Tax Partner at HCVT since January 2019, Joseph specializes in advising private equity clients on navigating the complexities of tax compliance and reporting related to transactions such as fund formation and asset acquisitions and divestitures.
