Stephan E. is a seasoned professional with substantial experience in customer due diligence and digital marketing. Currently serving as Team Lead and Senior CDD Analyst at Holvi since January 2022, Stephan oversees a team focused on data maintenance and regulatory compliance, enhancing KYC and KYB processes. Previous roles include serving as a CDD KYB/KYC Analyst, where Stephan improved compliance rates through effective procedure implementation, and as Customer Service Manager, enhancing client experience. Prior to Holvi, Stephan held several leadership positions at Runbo EU, including CEO and Adviser, contributing to product development and market strategies. As a co-founder of growstage, a digital marketing consultancy, Stephan specialized in marketing strategies and automation.
