Andrew Isabel has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple industries. Andrew started their career at Euromoney Institutional Investor in 2007, where they worked as an Account Manager from September 2007 to December 2010, and then as a Key Accounts Manager from January 2011 to August 2012. In 2013, they worked as a Summer Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting. Andrew then joined Bain & Company in October 2014 as a Consultant, and later became a Case Team Leader from September 2016 to September 2018.
Since 2018, Andrew has been working at Home Chef. Andrew initially held the position of Sr Director, Special Projects from September 2018 to March 2020. Andrew then served as Sr Director, Supply Chain from March 2020 to August 2020, followed by Vice President of Supply Chain from August 2020 to January 2021. Currently, they hold the role of Vice President of New Product Development at Home Chef since January 2021.
Andrew Isabel completed their education at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2012 to 2014. During this time, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Finance, Accounting, and Operations Management. Prior to that, Andrew attended Colgate University from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science.

In 2013, we started Home Chef by partnering with a chef to design delicious, easy-to-follow recipes. Since then, our team has grown to include several chefs, and more than 700 employees across production, marketing, technology, product, design, and customer service. Last year, we delivered over 10 million meals and expanded our delivery to cover more than 97% of the U.S. population. Some days -- okay, most days -- we can't believe how quickly we've grown. But we believe that people continue to love Home Chef for the same reasons it was founded: it saves time, reduces food waste, and most importantly, brings people together for a home-cooked meal.
