Pranav Phatak

Pranav Phatak has a diverse range of work experience in various engineering roles. Pranav worked as a Research Engineer at Home Innovation Research Labs, where they collaborated with government departments to conduct testing and inspections for energy efficiency in housing. Pranav also audited documents and composed case studies. At Cosmos Air Purification & Environmental Systems, Inc, Pranav served as a Mechanical Engineer, overseeing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, managing personnel performance, and conducting interviews. Pranav interned at Above Green, focusing on sustainability and commissioning. Pranav gained experience as a Design Engineer at the University of Maryland, Terrapin Works, where they created custom parts, managed sales and inventory, and trained others. Additionally, Pranav worked as a Research Assistant at Advanced Heat Exchanger & Process Intensification, as well as an intern at AXIS FORMING TECHNOLOGY PRIVATE LIMITED.

Pranav Phatak completed their education in Mechanical Engineering. Pranav earned a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, where they studied from 2014 to 2018. Subsequently, they pursued further studies at the University of Maryland, where they obtained a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from 2018 to 2020. In addition to their academic qualifications, Pranav Phatak also obtained certifications such as Engineer In Training from the State of Maryland in August 2019 and LEED Green Associate from Green Business Certification, Inc. in October 2019.
