For over a decade, HPF has been buying, rehabbing, and selling residential properties in Wisconsin and Texas.   Exit strategies include flipping, Turn Key rentals, seller financing, and wholesaling.  In early 2015, we added our own Property Management division and expanded our work crews to include retail business. 

HPF uses Private Lenders to finance the purchase and rehab of their homes and in doing so, has created a 10 year track record of on-time payments.  Just like a bank, Private Lenders in our Secured Capital Program enjoy fully collateralized security for the money they lend to HPF as well as a short-term fixed interest rate.
