Phil Matta

Phil Matta is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management, consulting, and engineering. Currently, Phil serves as the General Manager at Home Solutions, a role held since October 2021. Previously, Phil worked at McKinsey & Company from April 2016 to July 2021, progressing through roles from Associate to Associate Partner, where responsibilities included improving operational efficiencies. Prior to McKinsey, Phil gained experience as an Analyst at Goldman Sachs from June 2012 to February 2015. Phil's early career involved research and engineering roles, including positions as a Graduate Researcher at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Design Engineer at Ionix Medical. Phil holds an M.B.A. from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School, a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of North Carolina, and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
