Cagla Cirak

Cagla Cirak currently serves as the Director of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) at home24 SE since May 2021, overseeing key areas such as Internal Control Systems, Corporate Social Responsibility/ESG, Product Compliance, and Internal Audit. Prior to this role, Cagla worked at PwC Deutschland from September 2016 to May 2021, advancing from Senior Associate to Senior Manager in Internal Control Systems, where responsibilities included audit planning, IT audits, quality assessments, and implementation of SOX and anti-bribery measures. Cagla began her career as a Consultant at thyssenkrupp in 2013, focusing on Internal Audit. Cagla holds a Master of Arts in Finance, Accounting, Corporate Law, and Taxation from Hochschule für Technik und Wirtschaft Berlin, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Brandenburgische Technische Universität Cottbus-Senftenberg.
