Eileen C. is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in talent development and people science. Currently serving as Manager of Talent Development at Homebound since November 2021, Eileen contributes to a tech-enabled approach to homebuilding. Previous roles include Associate Manager of People Science at KeepTruckin, where Eileen managed performance management processes and led the Employee Listening program, and Senior Recruiting Operations Analyst, overseeing significant recruitment initiatives. Prior to KeepTruckin, Eileen held the position of Recruiting Coordinator at SAP, where Eileen supported the hiring process, developed onboarding resources, and managed a successful webinar series. Eileen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Business Analytics from San Jose State University.
