Jacob Barsoum has extensive experience in project management and development within the construction industry. Currently serving as Development Manager and Project Manager at HMC Capital since April 2021, Jacob has previously held roles as Project Manager and Contract Administrator at Full Tilt Constructions from February 2014 to February 2021. Jacob holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management from Western Sydney University, completed between 2012 and 2015, and has foundational education from Cecil Hills High School.
