Maria Iglesias is an experienced professional in the fields of operations and business development, specializing in services for migrants and refugees. Since February 2016, Maria has served as Head of Operations and Business Development at Praxis, where strategic direction and oversight of multidisciplinary services are key responsibilities. Maria also holds a trustee position at Homeless Link and previously contributed to The Margins Project as a trustee. With a solid management background at St Mungo's, Maria coordinated complex needs services and implemented mental health strategies.
