Sean Cremen serves as the Vice President of Finance at HomeLight since 2021, where responsibilities include overseeing all accounting functions and creating financial statements to provide insights into financial performance. Previously, Sean held positions at CrossCountry Consulting as a trusted adviser in Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting, and at Gensler as Corporate Controller, leading financial operations with a team of 41 across five countries. Sean's career began at EY, developing extensive experience in financial accounting advisory services while leading complex financial reporting projects. Academic qualifications include a BAcc and BCom in Accounting from the University of the Witwatersrand.
