Shane Joffe, a second-generation manufactured home expert, oversees HomeQuest as partner and general manager. A graduate of Arizona State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications, Joffe has 15 years of experience selling manufactured homes. Since taking the helm at HomeQuest, he has led the company to become one of the largest manufactured home retailers in the Western U.S. Joffe serves on the Board of Directors for California Manufactured Housing Institute (CMHI) and is the former Orange County Chapter President for Western Manufactured Housing Communities Association (WMA).
