Diane Wold

Diane Wold currently serves as the Director of Structured Products at Hometap since March 2024. Prior to this role, Diane held the position of Senior Vice President in Capital Markets at Wells Fargo from May 2017 to June 2023. Diane's extensive experience also includes being a Managing Director at Two Harbors Investment Corp./Pine River Capital Management from March 2011 to January 2017, and serving as Senior Vice President and Managing Director in Investment Banking, Securitization Management, Structured Finance, and Investor Relations at GMAC ResCap from March 1991 to December 2007. Diane began the professional career as a Senior Tax Consultant at Deloitte from July 1987 to March 1991. Diane holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business and a Master of Business Taxation from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
